Digitally Exploring the world

Hadn't taken my car out of the city for awhile and last weekend thought of driving down to Chikmagalur. On the way I stopped at Belur and on return at Halebidu .. Its a nice tolled road from Bangalore to Belur and one can reach it in 3hrs, however the 15kms to Halebidu was bit of a nightmare with pretty bad tarmac. BELUR  HALEBIDU Pics here:  BELUR HALEBIDU 

With mom visiting and her long cherished wish to go to Hampi, planned a road trip there (my 3rd) and pulled in two other aunts.. So me at the wheel and three other women all senior citizen had a road trip to the magnificient Hampi ruins.. Pics from the trip here More pics on flickr
