With the monsoon arriving , had been thinking of heading into the forest and so I drove out to Kabini day after I drove back from Coonoor. Some pics from the forest .. Found the rare sight of pack of 14 Asiatic wild dog(Dhole) kill a spotted deer. More here

It has been more than a decade since I had been to Kabini with mum. However, with tiger sightings a few weeks back at Bandipur, thought of heading out to Kabini. I was hoping to see some big cats and maybe leapord this time around. Lovely road and took about 4hrs drive to reach Kabini from Bangalore in my black stallion Some pics from the trip: More here
